Shipping

We endeavor to fulfil your order within one working day and if we can’t for some reason, we will be in touch with you.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel.

We advise ordering early during busy times such as Christmas and Mother’s Day as courier deliveries take longer during these times.

We provide free local shipping (Wanaka, Hawea, Luggate). Other shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.


National delivery - We work with a range of different courier services to make sure that your gift parcel arrives to the recipient in great condition and within the quickest timeline possible.  Unfortunately, couriers cannot guarantee the exact time your gift will be delivered, especially in the current climate.

International Delivery- Please get in touch if you wish to send a gift somewhere outside NZ.

Multiple orders with different addresses - Please place separate orders for multiple gifts, if they are being delivered to different addresses. Alternatively, you can email us a list of names and addresses at wrappedwithlovewanaka@gmail.com


Returns and Refunds

If your gift box hasn’t arrived in great condition as shown in the photos, please contact us at wrappedwithlovewanaka@gmail.com to arrange a refund or return a product.
